Step Open QuickBooks and go to the Company menu
Select Company Settings
On the left hand side of the Company Settings window, click on the Email button
In the Email Settings window, you will see the following options
To change the email address for your company, select the desired email address from the Email Address drop-down and then click on the Change button
To change the email format for your company, select the desired email format from the Email Format drop-down and then click on the Change button
To change the email subject for your company, select the desired email subject from the Email Subject drop-down and then click on the Change button
To change the email send time for your company, select the desired send time from the Email Send Time drop-down and then click on the Change button
