What are the appropriate ways to fix Quickbooks error code 80070057?

I’m having trouble accessing my company file; can someone please help? I’ve made several attempts, but I keep getting the Quickbooks error code 80070057, which is annoying because it interferes with my work. Let me tell you about the problem I’m having.

I cannot join as a second user from my workstation if I launch QB on my host computer. However, if I start using the second workstation, I am able to access the file on the host computer as the first user without any issues. I have tried many different approaches, but I need help to fix this problem. Can someone help?
